A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/26/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 1:05pm and ended at 1:50pm. There were 3 staff with 30 children in 2 classrooms at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection the children were observed watching a movie. Children?s files, emergency preparedness procedures and the evacuation drill log was reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 3 emergency medication on site during today?s inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection. Thank you for your cooperation today.
