Comments:
A monitoring inspection was initiated on 9/22/2022 and concluded on 9/22/2022. There were a total of 19 children with 3 staff members present. Children were observed playing pool, coloring, and playing games on a tablet. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Description: Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were not kept in a locked place that prevents access by children.

Evidence: Two bottles of cleaning spray were found not locked up in the SACC classroom and could be accessed by children.

Plan of Correction: Staff member moved cleaning spray bottles to a locked location.
