An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:15 pm-3:34 pm. There were 45 children supervised by 3 direct care staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 5 children?s records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and coloring. No violations were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection.
