Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 9:45am and 11:20am. There was 1 classrooms observed with a total of 8 children with 3 staff on site within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed participating in circle time, discussing fall and what happens to the leaves on the trees, singing and other organized activities . A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.

Description: Based on record review, staff members did not submit a subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years.
Evidence: Staff #2 most recent TB screening is dated 9/11/2020.

Description: Based on observation, medication was not kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevent access by children.
Evidence: When asked about medication, the program owner picked up two individual bags with medication that was sitting on a desk in the office. The medication was not locked.
