Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on observation, the center failed to ensure hazardous substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children.
Evidence:
In the downstairs restroom outside of the theatre room, a spray bottle of Method Antibacterial cleaner was on an open shelf above the toilet.Plan of Correction: All hazardous substances will be moved to a locked location. Staff will be retrained in the standard.
