An announced initial study was conducted with the new owner. Observed classrooms, outside play area and a sample of staff records. Consultation was given on staff obtaining new background checks within 60 days of the transfer of the program to the new owner. Children's records will be reviewed at the 60 day inspection as well. The owner should obtain permission from parents to transfer the records to the new administration. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
