Standard #: 8VAC20-780-350-B-1 Description: Based on a review of records, the facility did not maintain the required staff to child ratios.
Evidence:
1. On 8/22/2022, the infant classroom was out of ratio from approximately 9:00am-11:00am. There were 10 children and 2 staff members.Plan of Correction: We have hired staff and will maintain ratios at all times moving forward.

1. On 8/22/2022, the Preschool classroom was out of ratio from approximately 9:00am-1:00pm. There were 11 children with 1 staff member.
2. On 8/24/2022, the Preschool classroom was out of ratio from approximately 11:20am-1:00pm. There were 11 children with 1 staff member.Plan of Correction: We have hired staff and will maintain ratios at all times moving forward.
