An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted in response to a complaint received by the department on October 3, 2022 regarding allegations in the area of staff to children ratios. The inspection was initiated and completed on October 7, 2022. The inspector was on site from approximately 8:25 am until 9:10 am. Interviews with staff were conducted and observations were made. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation supported the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law and therefore was valid. If you have any questions about this inspection, please contact the Licensing Inspector.
