Reviewed with center new requirements from 2021 . The requirement for written procedures 40-K , Drill model forms, orientation training model forms, annual training model form and CPR and First Aid training.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 13, 2022 from approximately 9:08am-11:10am. There were 26 children present at this time with 5 staff members. Additional staff were on site for administrative and support services. Children were observed freely playing in the infant room, listening to book reading, talking about firefighters and participating in multiple activities in the classroom. Four staff records and Three children records were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.
Measurements were also taken in each classroom. Modification request was for increase in the number of children. Administrator will review the requested modification.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
