Technical Assistance:
1. Make sure the infant staff are documenting the amount of tummy time infants are receiving each day.
2. Consultation provided on the allergies/sensitivity and dietary restriction list ( refer to standards 40, 550, 560 and 580)

3. On you medication authorization forms, make sure the form clearly lists the center's name so that the physician authorization is given specifically to your center.

Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from10:35 am to 12:40 pm with the director, who was present with 88 children with 17 staff providing supervision.
During the walkthrough, the children and staff were transitioning to go outside or already on the playground. The staff in the two infant rooms were on the floor engaging with the babies.

Five children had medications on site. Six staff files were reviewed as well as five children's files.
The fire inspection is dated 3/10/22 and the health inspection is dated 3/`/22.
There were no areas of non-compliance observed during this inspection.
