The vendor is present with one child in care during this annual SHSI inspection. A total of 2 points. The vendor and child was observed playing and having lunch . Lots of interaction between vendor and child. Today the vendor has made gardenia soup with vegetables and chicken for lunch, yogurt, milk and bread is also part of lunch The child care space has lots of toys and space for the children in care.

Standard #: 22VAC40-665-160-B Description: Based on the review of the vendors attendance records, the vendor failed to keep an up to date attendance record documenting the arrival and departure of each child in care.
Evidence: The last date recorded for attendance is September 20th 2019.Plan of Correction: I think I gave Pilar the attendance I had done on paper. I will make sure I take attendance every day.
