Background search documentation requirements, changes to the regulations that went into effect 1/13/22, Model forms to be provided (allergy action plan, orientation document, emergency evacuation, staff file cover sheet.

Comments:
An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All groups were in ratio at the time of the inspection.
Medications, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, emergency evacuation drill log and the playground were all in compliance today.
