An investigation was initiated from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm to investigate a complaint involving care, protection, and guidance. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. There was not a preponderance of evidence to support the complaint involving care, protection, and guidance; therefore the complaint is not valid.
