A complaint inspection was initiated on April 26, 2022 and completed on November 4, 2022 regarding staffing and supervision and forbidden action. The interview was done jointly with local agencies and records were reviewed. There was not a preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation ; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. There are no violations cited resulting from this inspection.
