Staff #4 has lived outside of the state of Virginia. An out of state Criminal Record search was not completed prior to hire and has not been requested to date.Plan of Correction: We will request an out of state criminal record search on this staff. We will forward the request and results once received to the Licensing Inspector for review.
Standard #: 8VAC20-780-380-A-2 Description: Based on staff statements, a designated sleep period is not provided for preschoolers.
Evidence:
Staff stated that not all children who are under the age of 5 years are provided a sleep period.Plan of Correction: We will provide a sleep period of at least 30 minutes for all children under the age of 5years. After 30 minutes, if children are not sleeping, they will be offered quiet activities.
