An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted with the local agency on October 18, 2022 beginning at 1:50 p.m. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding forbidden action: rough handling.
Staff interviews were conducted. Classroom observation was conducted. Documentation was reviewed.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected throughout the investigation, the complaint regarding forbidden action was determined to be not valid.
The exit interview was conducted on November 14, 2022.
