A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/25/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 34 children were present with 4 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: playing with lincoln logs, legs, and trains. Children were also observed participating in writing and math activities as well as completing a craft. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, and 5 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed. There were reportedly no medications on site.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
