A complaint investigation was initiated on 10/18/2022 and concluded on 10/20/2022 to investigate an incident occurred in 10/18/2022 in which a child was disenrolled as an alleged act of retaliation from the center. During the investigation, interviews were conducted with staff and parents, and documents were reviewed.
