All areas of the facility including classrooms, kitchen, hallways, playgrounds, and bathrooms were inspected. The center is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. Medication is administered when required, but no medications were on site. During the inspection, six children's records and six staff records were reviewed.

2) The record for Child #1, enrolled 06/24/18, did not contain documentation that the parents were provided at least semiannually in writing information on their child's development, behavior, adjustment, and needs. 3) During interview, management reported the record for Child #1 did not have documentation related to child updates and confirmation of up-to-date information in the child's record as required by 8VAC20-780-420 E 3.
Plan of Correction: The center will send letter to require updated. Parent conferences will be held over the next two weeks. Information will be kept on the child's record.
