Discussion on community playground and bathrooms.

Comments:
An announced initial inspection was completed today. The LI met with the Site Director to complete the inspection. The physical plant, room measurements, outdoor playground, staff training, emergency plans and procedures were inspected approximately 9:30 am to 11:35 am.

Limited monitoring of child care requirements occurred during today?s visit. Licensing inspector monitored supervision of children, physical plant, staff/child ratios, adequate and approved space, programming, and nutrition.

The inspector reviewed on two child records and three staff records.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.


There is currently 1 staff certified in MAT (medication administration training).
