An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/21/2022 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing department on 11/16/2022 regarding allegations of supervision. On 11/16/2022, the inspector was on site from 12:15 PM to 1:30 PM. Interviews with staff were completed, and documentation was reviewed. The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
