An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/29/22 from 10:45am to 2:15pm in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Five staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and Health and Safety Update Training, as well as current certification in First Aid and CPR.
