A complaint inspection was conducted on July 19, 2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of administration. The licensing inspectors were onsite from approximately 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. The director assisted with the inspection. There were seven children present with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training. A total of two child records and two staff records were reviewed
