A complaint inspection was conducted on July 24, 2020, in response to an allegation that was received by the department regarding supervision. The licensing inspector was onsite on July 24, 2020, from approximately 3:40 pm until 4:15 pm. The director assisted with the inspection. Staff interviews were conducted, observations were made, and documentation reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or laws. No violations were issued.
