A subsidy complaint inspection was conducted on July 19, 2021. A subsidy complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas of the vender agreement. Staff interviews were conducted, observations were made, and documentation reviewed. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with subsidy regulations.
