*Discussed re-securing metal cylinder on the outdoor climber that has come loose.
*The small outdoor play structure is somewhat loose and should be tightened up .
*Additionally, keep an eye on the grass that is beginning to grow in one area of the mulch around the merry-go-round.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/14/2022 from 12:45 pm - 1:45 pm. At the time of entrance 26 children were observed napping with 4 staff. The children ranged in age from two years - five years.
Records were reviewed for three children and three staff.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
