An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 10/31/2022 from 12:45pm to 1:50pm. There were 23 School-Agers directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing outside. Hand-washing procedures were observed. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
