Standard #: 8VAC20-780-280-B Description: Based on observation, the facility did not ensure that hazardous substances were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children; if a key is used it must be kept inaccessible to children.
Evidence:
1) observed children's toothpaste, marked keep out of reach of children, accessible to children in an unlocked drawer in room C-4.
2) observed in room C-3, a cabinet that stored cleaning agents and other disinfectants had a key in the lock, that was accessible to children.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
