An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 01/09/2023. There were 57 children, ages 21 months-12 years, and 8 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following activities: the school-age children departing for school, a morning snack, free choice activities, story time, going outside to play and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records,5 staff records, and 1 medication were reviewed during the inspection. The inspector discussed children?s allergies and infant care with the staff. The inspector arrived at 9:15 am and departed at 12:00 pm.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
