An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 12:30 p.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. There were 14 children in care ages 18 months through 4 years old under the care and supervision of 4 staff. Children were observed during nap. Areas and equipment of the center were reviewed.
Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Emergency drills are up to date.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
