Allergies and dietary restrictions were discussed with the program director.
The facility's emergency preparedness plan was discussed with the program director. It is recommended that a different alarm is used for each type of emergency (evacuation, sheltering-in-place and facility lockdown) so that staff recognize that, for instance, when a bell is rung, it means to evacuate, a whistle for sheltering, etc. The full emergency preparedness plan and the abbreviated postings for staff should indicate what type of alarm will be sounded for which emergency situation.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 01/24/2023. There were 14 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
