Behavioral guidance shall be constructive in nature, age and stage appropriate, and shall be intended to redirect children to appropriate behavior and resolve conflicts. Appropriate voice tones should be used for behavioral guidance purposes or redirection.

An unannounced investigation was initiated from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm to investigate a self reported incident regarding behavioral guidance. Interviews were conducted, child records, staff records, and video footage was reviewed.
