As discussed, you are reminded that the Special Order must remain posted in a prominent location for a period of 12 months from the effective date of the order.

An unannounced non-mandated inspection was conducted this date. The focus of the inspection was to evaluate the compliance of the Special Order imposed on the child day center. Notification to parents in writing was completed as required and documentation of staff training as it pertained to staff supervision, use of substitute staff and roles/responsibilities of both lead teachers and assistants was maintained.
