A complaint inspection was initiated on January 13, 2023 and concluded on January 25, 2023 pertaining to allegations of staffing and supervision and programs. During this inspection, the licensing inspector conducted Interviews with staff , conducted observation and reviewed video footage. There was not a preponderance of evidence gathered in which the complaint was deemed not valid in regards to staffing and supervision and programs.
