A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection took place on 01/26/2023, between the hours of approximately 9:50 a.m. and 10:35 a.m., to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was a total of 35 children with 4 staff within the supervision guidelines, on a Teacher Workday. The children were observed making crafts, completing puzzles, playing on tablets and other organized activities. Positive interaction between staff and children were observed. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. There were 2 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements. Thank you for your cooperation today.
