Technical assistance was offered related to staff records, TB screenings and 1st Aid/CPR trainings for staff.
- Comments:

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/30/23 from 10:45 am to 12:35 pm. There were 29 children under the direct care and supervision of 7 staff members. The children were observed participating in art activities, playing outdoors and eating lunch. The lunch menu included turkey roni wheat pasta, green beans, cheese, salad, pineapples and milk. 3 children's records, 2 staff member records, medications and emergency drill records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 8VAC20-780-130-E Description: Based on records review, the center did not obtain documentation of additional immunizations every six months, for children under the age of 2 years.
Evidence:
1. Child # 1 was 14 months old.
2. The most recent immunization records in Child # 1's record was from March and May 2022. Additional immunization records were not obtained after that date.Plan of Correction: The additional immunization records will be requested.
