A complaint inspection was initiated on 01/06/2023 and completed on 01/31/2023 in response to allegations of noncompliance with supervision, termination procedures and insect infestation. An unannounced inspection was made on 01/26/2023 to interview staff, review records and the physical plant.
The information gathered does not support the allegations therefore, the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
