A renewal inspection was completed on 01/24/23 from 11:30am until 12:50 p.m. 15 children in care with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records were reviewed. Three staff records were reviewed virtually.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Evidence:
Child records 1-5 did not contain emergency contact addresses, two are required for each child.Plan of Correction: The teacher will get all the emergency addresses from the parents.
