A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on 01/31/2023 and concluded on 01/31/2023. There were 37 children present, ranging in ages from five months to five years, with 13 staff. The Inspector reviewed 5 child?s records, 3 medication authorizations and 13 staff?s records. The physical plant was observed and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
