A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on 5/12/2023 from 9:00am through 9:45am. There are currently no children in care to be observed directly supervised by the vendor. During the inspection the home, emergency supplies, procedures and drills were discussed. Vendor information was reviewed.
Information gathered determined no violations with applicable code or requirements.
