An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on-site 02/02/2023 and a record review inspection at the administrative office had taken place previously on 01/31/2023. There were 10 children, ages 4 years-5 years, and 2 staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed in the following activities: arriving to the program on a 2 hour weather delay, having breakfast, watching a special video and during lunch. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 staff records, 4 board officer/agent records, and 1 medication were reviewed; the required policies and procedures were also reviewed.. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 8:30 am, however the program was on a 2 hour weather delay, and departed at 11:15 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
