An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/23/2022. There were 42 children, ages 3- 5 years and 8 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: free choice activities, lunch and napping . A total of 5 children?s records and 5 staff records, were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with staff: safe sleep policies. The inspector arrived at 10:50 AM and departed at 1 PM.
