For each group of children, the vendor shall maintain a written hard copy record of daily
attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
- Comments:

A subsidy health and safety inspection were initiated on 2/2/23 and concluded on 2/2/23. There were 40 children present, ranging in ages from 3 months to five, with 10 staff. The Inspector reviewed three child?s records and three staff?s records. The physical plant was observed, and the provider was interviewed regarding policies and procedures.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
