The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Standard #: 22.1-289.036-B-2 Description: Based on review of records, a staff member who is authorized to act as an agent for the organization does not have a current fingerprint eligible letter on file.
Staff #1 does not have a current fingerprint eligibility letter on file. The letter on file expired 2/7/2023.
Plan of Correction: Since staff member is not directly involved with the children, but is authorized to act as a representative for the school, we did not know she still needed the background checks completed. She will make an appointment today to go ASAP. I will send the results to my inspector as soon as they are received.
