A complaint inspection was initiated on 01/12/2023 and completed on 02/01/2023 in response to an allegation of inappropriate behavior guidance.
Based on the information gathered which included interviews with all staff and a review of the physical plant this complaint is found to be not valid.
There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
