An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
There were 25 children present with seven classroom staff and an administrator.
The children were eating breakfast and playing in centers.
Three child records and three staff records were reviewed.
Compliance with playground safety standards could not be determined due to inclement weather.

Standard #: 8VAC20-780-260-A Description: Based on a review of fire inspection reports, the facility failed to ensure that there is an annual fire inspection.
Evidence:
1. The fire inspection report on file at the center is dated 9-29-21.Plan of Correction: The program director reported that the fire inspection is scheduled for February 14.
