An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director beginning on February 13, 2023 at 4:34pm and ending at 5:15pm. There were 18 school-aged children in the direct care of 2 staff. The children were observed playing on the playground. The children were also observed washing hands and eating snack. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 1/24/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place were documented as 11/30/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/28/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated as 3/22/2021.
