Comments:
An unannounced renewal study was conducted today.
All rooms are in ratio during the inspection. Reviewed today: staff and child records, emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, medications, classroom activities and labeled food containers from home. The current Parent handbook, Staff handbook and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were provided for review of policies and procedures.

The inspection report will be typed off site and emailed to the facility for signatures.
