An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the staff on January 27, 2023, beginning at 12:12pm and ending at 3:00pm. There were 6 school-aged children in the direct care of 2 staff. The children were observed playing tabletop games. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The daily attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 1/13/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill were documented as 11/7/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 5/09/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated as 5/6/2022.
