Discussed dating allergy list, having the violation notice and license visible to the public in the center, evacuation pathways be clear of supplies, label soap bottles and having both restroom areas able to be used in emergency.
- Comments:

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 8, 2023. The sample size consisted of 3 children's records and 3 staff records. Children were observed preparing for nap and napping in both classroom. The inperson inspection began at approximately 11:50am ended at approximately 12:56 pm. Documents were requested to be reviewed remotley. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Standard #: 22.1-289.058 Description: Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not enusre there was a carbon monoxide detector in each building that was built beore 2015 and that houses a child day program that serves preschool age children .
Evidence: Staff were unable to locate the carbon monoxide detector in the buildng. Staff were aware the carbon monoxide detector is being installed.Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
